You get a unique link that unlocks the $347 group rate (vs the $497 solo rate). Everyone who joins through your link is part of your cohort — same start date, same 12 weeks, same leaderboard.

Through 12 weeks: celebrate wins, hold the standard through the mid-Sprint dip, share the cohort's progress publicly. The Sprint runs itself through the app and Optimus — you bring the human energy.

From the moment your application is approved and your spot is secured, you're on the GPM Method app — using it, sharing it, talking from experience — until your Sprint start date.
