These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GPM Method coaching program, the GPM Sprint, the GPM Method app, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Global Prosperity Movement ("GPM," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 548 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104. By creating an account or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it updated.
2. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access to the GPM Method app is provided through Trainerize. Continued access depends on an active subscription or active Sprint enrollment in good standing.
3. Products & Pricing
GPM Method (Subscription)
- Annual: $999 USD billed once per year. Access continues for 12 months from purchase.
- Monthly: $197 USD billed monthly. Access continues until you cancel.
- Both options include access to the GPM Method app, the daily Core 8 habits, custom meal plan, programmed workouts, Optimus AI coaching, and inclusion in both annual cohort Sprints.
GPM Sprint (One-time)
- Anytime Sprint: $497 USD one-time payment for 12 weeks of access.
- Group Member Rate: $347 USD one-time payment for team members enrolling through a verified leader's invite link.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may be updated from time to time; existing customers will not be retroactively charged for price changes.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge that method for the applicable fees. Subscription products renew automatically; you may cancel at any time per Section 5. One-time products do not auto-renew.
5. Cancellation
Monthly subscribers may cancel any time from their account or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers are not auto-renewed and may simply not renew. Sprint participants are enrolled for the duration of the 12-week Sprint and cannot pause or extend.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: 14-day money-back for GPM Method subscriptions, 7-day money-back for GPM Sprint enrollments, no questions asked.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or transfer access to another person
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its content
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other members
- Submit false data or attempt to manipulate Sprint leaderboards
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials provided through the Service are owned by GPM or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (check-ins, photos, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant GPM a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and use that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you and aggregated analytics.
10. AI Coaching Disclaimer
The Service includes Optimus, an AI-powered coaching assistant. Optimus generates responses using machine learning and may produce information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Optimus is not a licensed medical, mental health, financial, or legal professional, and its outputs do not constitute medical advice, mental health diagnosis or treatment, financial advice, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for those domains.
11. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
The Service includes fitness programs, nutrition recommendations, and habit prescriptions. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications. You participate at your own risk; GPM is not liable for injury or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.
12. Affiliate Program
If you participate in the GPM Method Affiliate Program, you agree to additional Affiliate Terms (provided separately at enrollment). Commissions are 20% of net referral revenue, paid monthly subject to a minimum payout threshold and to compliance with the Affiliate Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription or letting an enrollment lapse.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GPM does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from use of the Service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid GPM in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPM from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
